Some of you may have gotten an Instant Pot for Christmas this year (or you bought it for yourself at Black Friday?)…. here is a little e-booklet I put together for my daughters — a few easy recipes and a few starter tips, plus links to several helpful sites.
This is not designed to be an exhaustive intro to the electric pressure cooker, but to give newbies a starting point, with some family-friendly and budget-friendly recipes adapted specifically for the IP Duo 60.
You’ll find more comprehensive information in your product manual, the websites and cookbooks I’ve linked to in the booklet–or you can comment below and I’ll try to reply! (Or you might post a question at my FB page at Everyday Homemaking.) And these recipes and tips can be adapted to other cookers.
I have a few recipes listed in the blog as well, but until we finish moving our blog to the new site, I won’t be posting a lot of new things (because I’ll just have to move them — and I’m not really tech savvy).
So in the meantime, I hope this smattering of recipes and tips can be of help to you as you play with your new toy!
